Quesadilla Cooking
It was a great day! We started our class by getting all of the ingredients ready.
Danny washed the red beans, and put them in a pot to boil.
Erica stirred the beans until they became soft. Erica and Danny mashed the beans into a sort of paste.
Andrew peeled and cut the onions, he washed some of them to remove the spice.
Erica and Andrew prepared the shrimp by washing and pulling off the tails.
We cooked the shrimp with some spices.
After all of that, we put some tortillas on a few plates. We put cheese, red beans, shrimp, and onions on top. Then we put another tortilla on top of all of that and put everything in the oven for 10 minutes.
